For high school football teams across Wisconsin, it is now the home stretch of the regular season. With playoff jockeying, there’s still much to be won and lost. In Northeast Wisconsin, four teams are ranked in the MaxPreps Wisconsin top 25. 9th ranked Kaukauna, 10th ranked Kimberly, and 25th ranked Kewaunee all played last week, with the main event being a top 10 matchup between Kaukauna and Kimberly. Kaukauna came away with a narrow 14-13 victory in what was a nailbiter. With the final game of the regular season on Friday, October 13th, these teams, and #24 Neenah who was on a bye last week, will all be looking ahead to the playoffs.
