The Bay Port Pirates’ high-powered offense took control of the game against the Green Bay Preble Hornets last Friday night. Bay Port shut out Preble, winning 55-0.
The Pirates held the Hornets to 71 yards of offense, including two yards rushing, in cruising to the win. Bay Port rushed for 223 yards, led by Jackson Gegare with 86 yards on his own.
Cole Bensen passed for 98 yards for Bay Port, with Carter Kallies catching three passes for 98 yards.
Bay Port moves to 2-0 on the year and will try to continue their hot streak in their matchup against Pulaski on Friday night.
